The Day School was established in 2006 as a non-profit ministry of New Highland Baptist Church to help meet the demand for preschool education in Hanover County and surrounding areas.    The Day School is a licensed half-day preschool program offering a developmentally appropriate Christian curriculum for children ages 2 ½ to 5.  Our kindergarten readiness curriculum is center based. We help children make new friends while developing positive social values, independence, and readiness skills that will help them enter kindergarten with confidence and ease.  Children of all backgrounds and heritage are welcome. 

2007 -2008 Classes and Fees

(All classes meet from 9:00AM – 12:00PM) 

2 days per week                                $110/month

3 days per week                                $145/month

5 days per week                                $175/month

 

Registration Fee                               $50 (one-time fee)

Activity Fee                                        $50 (one-time fee)

 

Age Eligibility           

2 ½ year old classes - must turn 2 by February 28^th 2007                       2 days per week

3 year old classes -   must turn 3 by September 30^th 2007                     2 or 3 days per week

4 year old classes -   must turn 4 by September 30^th 2007                     3 or 5 days per week

 

Registration Dates:

Monday January 8^th 2007 – church member

Tuesday January 9^th 2007 – returning students/siblings

Tuesday January 16^th 2007 – open to the community – registration begins at 7:00 AM
